On February 17, Performance Appraisal Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the PAMC) convened conference. Mr. Cao, an expert from Lingjun Consulting Company, presented optimization plan of performance management.
At conference, Mr. Cao elaborated the plan from design idea, assessment scope, process and indicator, as well as evaluation of result through case analysis to make attendees have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of optimization.
General Manager Allen Shieh emphasized that incentive effect of both positive and negative stimulus should be strengthened. Particularly, he argued that different perception from superiors and subordinates on formulating requirements in response to changes in performance system should be converged.
Noting that PAMC conducted face-to-face communication with department personnel, and performed collection of opinions on performance-based compensation covering all positions, so as to lay a solid foundation for further improving the applicability of performance assessment and giving full play to the incentive role of performance pay.
