Q How long does it take for quoting?

Normally 24 hours to 48 hours as soon as receive internal engineer evaluate confirmation. For PCBAs which components type exceed 100, we need 2-3 working days.
Q Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?

No, we do not have MOQ requirement, we can support your projects starting from prototypes to mass production. There is no MOQ at Onlitex. We are able to handle small as well as large volume production with flexibility.
Q How can we ensure our information should not let third party to see our design?

We are willing to sign NDA effect by customer side local law and promising to keep
customers data in high confidential level.
Q What is the Shipping cost?

The shipping cost is determined by the destination, weight, packing size of the
goods. Please let us know if you need us to quote you the shipping cost.
Q Can we inspect quality during production or before shipment?

Yes, we are open and transparent on each production process. We welcome
customer inspect our production process and check in-house. Or contact our
customer service to view the factory panorama online.
Q What is the lead time for the products?

It is related with the material or components you use on the products. Usually, our
lead time is 2 weeks for small de middle volume order when all components on
stock. The high volume order have to be discussed by both parties.
